Upfront Celebrates 30 years in business at Christmas Party in Cork

Upfront marked an incredible milestone, celebrating 30 years in business with a stylish canapé and cocktail Christmas party in Cork. The evening brought together many familiar faces from the agency, along with friends and colleagues from the fashion, media, and entertainment industries, making it a memorable celebration of three decades of success.

Founded by Orla Diffily in 1995 as a public relations consultancy operating from a spare bedroom, Upfront has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of the industry. Today, it has grown into a leading talent management, PR, and events agency, representing exceptional talent and delivering creative campaigns from its offices in Dublin and London.

The anniversary celebration was not only a chance to reflect on the agency's journey and achievements but also to look ahead to an exciting new chapter, built on innovation, creativity, and the strong relationships that have been at the heart of Upfront for the past 30 years. Upfront PR was established in July 1995, managing PR and events requirements for fashion, hospitality, pharma, fintech and property clients. Upfront continues to manage PR and events for select clients today, including the Listowel Harvest Racing Festival.

Upfront Model Management was established in 2008 and today represents commercial and fashion talents all over Ireland. At our core, we are committed to providing talent that is professional, adaptable, and who are ultimately aligned with our client’s vision for their campaign. In association with Midpoint Creative, the team produced KFW Fashion week. Upfront also partnered with Marietta Doran to produce the Ireland Fashion Showcase in New York,
