Sister Style wins on Ladies Day

Listowel Races Summer Festival

It was a family affair in the style stakes at Listowel Races on Sunday, as regular racegoers and sisters Jordana Lambadarios and Natasha O’Connor from Templeglantine, Co. Limerick, were among the winners. Jordana was crowned Best Dressed Lady, while Natasha shared the runner-up title with Máiréad Hayes from Ballylanders, Co. Limerick.

Considered the official opening of the summer racing fashion season, the prestigious Style Stakes Sunday was sponsored by O’Flynn Centra and judged by presenter and media personality Meghann Scully alongside reigning International Rose of Tralee and Dancing with the Stars Ireland champion Katelyn Cummins.

Jordana impressed in a stylish separates ensemble, featuring a top sourced on Vinted, a fitted Zara skirt and a stunning headpiece by Marc Millinery. Natasha also wore a Marc Millinery headpiece, paired with a striking bodycon dress from Kimono Boutique. Joint runner-up Máiréad Hayes opted for an elegant and summery Celia B dress from Kimono Boutique.

A total prize fund of €1,000 was on offer, with Jordana receiving a €500 cash prize, flowers and a beauty and wellness package worth €200 from Glowell, Listowel. All 10 finalists received a luxury Kevin Murphy hair gift set, generously sponsored by National Beauty, a Sheisdo skincare set from McGuire's Pharmacy, and a pair of exclusively designed earrings by Mary Mulhall of Inish Designs.

Preparations are already well underway for the 7 day Harvest Festival in September. The McElligotts Kia Ladies Day will take place on Friday 25th September with judges and full event details to be announced soon.
